SIGGRAPH 2014 has negotiated discount rates for hotels in Vancouver. These discounts are available to SIGGRAPH 2014 attendees only. Reservations made after 14 July are based on availability only and rates may increase.
SIGGRAPH 2014 hotel rates can only be booked through Experient, the official SIGGRAPH 2014 housing provider. If you are contacted by any other companies to make hotel reservations for SIGGRAPH 2014, be aware they may not be reputable companies or endorsed by SIGGRAPH 2014.

After this date, rooms requested are based upon availability and rates may vary.
25 July 2014
After this date, one night’s room and tax are non-refundable.
1 August 2014
All changes and cancellations are to be made directly with assigned hotels.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of one night’s room and tax is required for each room reserved.
After 25 July 2014, the non-refundable deposit may be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the room reservation(s) by your confirmed hotel.
SIGGRAPH 2014’s deposit policy supersedes any individual hotel’s deposit policy.
Group Bookings:
Groups of 10 rooms or more may request a block through the housing site. Note the deposit requirements for each block.
Hotel/Convention Center Shuttles:
There is no shuttle service provided between the SIGGRAPH 2014 hotels and the Vancouver Convention Centre. However, the transit system in Vancouver provides excellent service, and many hotels are within easy walking distance. Transit stops are shown on the hotel map (SIGGRAPH 2014 Hotel Map).
